<br />~. <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />'-~ <br /> <br />I therefore recommend, upon return of said Order to Show Cause and upon due proof <br /> <br />of the foregoing matters at the hearing herein, no objection to the contrary then appearing, that <br /> <br />this court enter an order as follows: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the Registrar of Titles of Ramsey County, <br />upon the filing of a certified copy of this Order, show by memorial on Certificate of <br />Title No. 371701 that the legal description appearing thereon is revised to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That part of the following described land lying North of the South 330 feet <br />thereof: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision No. 46, Ramsey Cuunty; Minnesota, <br />described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 15, thence <br />East on the South boundary line of said lot a distance of 80 feet. thence North <br />and on a line parallel to the West Boundary line of said lot to the North line of <br />the South 516.64 feet of said Lot 15, thence West along said North line of the <br />South 516.54 feet to the West boundary line of said lot, thence South along the <br />West houndat)' line of said lot to the place of beginning. <br /> <br />and in the issuance of any future certificates of title the revised legal description shall be <br />used in lieu of that presently appearing on said Certificate of Title No. 371701. <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />, 1997. <br /> <br />Judge of District Court <br /> <br />The foregoing facts were found by me after due hearing and the entry of this Order is <br />recommended, <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />, 1997. <br /> <br />Examiner of Titles <br /> <br />5 <br />
