DEFAUIr- T HEARINGS FOR PROCEEDINGS SUBSEQUENT Proceedings Subsequent cases are heard on Wednesday afternoons at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room 3C, Ramsey County Government Center West, 50 West Kellogg Blvd. before the Examiner of Titles or Deputy Examiner of Titles. File a Torrens Calendar Note of Issue with the Court Administrator at least one week prior to the date you wish the matter heard. By the Friday prior to the hearing file with the Court Administrator any Summons, Order to Show Cause, proofs of service, Affidavits of Publication and other papers needed to complete the file, Deliver to the Court Administrator, but do not file, your proposed Findings and Order and any documents that are to be introduced into evidence at the hearing. Failure to file all papers with th~ Court Administrator is sufficient reason to continue the hearing for at least one week. Add additional numbered findings to cover other facts to be proved at the hearing which are not covered by the Report(s) of Examiner. DATED: JUDGE OF DISTRICT COURT The foregoing facts were foulld by me after due hearing and the entry of this ORDER is recommended. Examiner of Titles On your way to the hearing, stop:by the Registrar of Titles office (Suite 860, Ramsey County Government Center West) to pay the filing fees and pick up the proposed Order. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT TillS BE DONE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE HEARING, so be prepared with the required funds. At the hearing the Report(s) of Examiner and the documents and facts therein referred to will be received into evidence by the Examiner. If the Report of Examiner assumed additional evidence would be presented, that should then be offered by the attorney. Only the evidence required by the Report(s) or evidence of other essential facts not covered by the report, such as death of a named respondent, changes as to respondents, etc. need be adduced. There is no need to cover matters stated as facts in the Report of Examiner. If the required evidence is received, the ORDER will be approved. The Examiner will obtain the signature of a Judge.
