Is this going to be another noisy nightspot? We already lose plenty of sleep with
snowplow noise throughout the night in the winter time,
2. Does the introduction of gambling into the neighborhood also introduce more crime?
3. Will we be contantly bothered with traffic at all hours of the night?
4. What hours would they be operating?
5. Will this lower our property taxes; lower the value of our homes?
6. Is the roofing over that building so poor that it will be a fire hazard?
7. Will police be' patroling the parking lot area more often to deter teenagers from
using the parking lot as a hangout?
8. Can the police prevent our parking lots from becoming an overflow lot for the bingo
hall?

Sincerely.

~~ :7P3~;?

Residents of Hamline House, Condominiums
