Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that L&R Automotive's request for a Conditional Use Permit for an automotive repair business at 3011 Rice Street be tabled pending the outcome ofRoseviUe's Rice Street Master Plan in conjunction with Little Canada's Rice Street Master Plan. P. Johnson withdrew ,the above motion. Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that L&R Automotive's request for a Conditional Use Permit for an automotive repair business at 3011 Rice Street be denied on the basis that: 1. The site plan is not compatible with sound internal traffic circulation, 2. The landscaping is not substantial for the entrance and contiguous property protection, 3. The Comprehensive Plan requires a study and upgrading of this particular corridor and that has not been completed, 4. There is a negative impact on general public health, safety, and welfare. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and Mastel. Nays: Y. Johnson. G-2 Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the proposed ordinance adding Bingo Halls as conditional uses in the B-2, B-3, and SC Zoning Districts and Engelsma Limited Partnership request for a Conditional Use Permit at 2797 Ramline Avenue be tabled for an indefinite period without prejudice. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. H. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that an ordinance amending the City Code of the City ofRoseville by amending Section 304.01 dealing with Bingo Hall Licenses, be tabled.
