<br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at Roseville
<br />City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. on Wednesday. July 12, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose
<br />of considering the following request:
<br />Daniel Oren request for a variance to the shoreland ordinance at 367 S. Owasso Boulevard.
<br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville. will meet on Monday, July 24, 1995 at City Hall at
<br />7:30 p.m,. to consider this request.
<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
<br />All that part of Lot 8, Lake Owasso Villa which lies southwesterly of the following line: Com.
<br />mencing at a point on the southerly line of Lot 8, distant 30 feet easterly of the southwesterly
<br />corner thereof; thence north along a line to a point that is 40 feet easterly of the westerly line
<br />of said Lot 8, and 210 feet North of the point of beginning; thence continuing north on extension
<br />of said line to the North line of Lot 8 and there terminating. Ramsey County, Minnesota.
