Lee, AICP <br />City Planner <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113-1~99 <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Lee: <br /> <br />This letter is a request for reaffirmation by the Roseville <br />City Council, of the side yard setback variance granted to <br />Roseville Good Samaritan Center on July 24, 1995, in order for <br />the construction to proceed as originally proposed. <br /> <br />Construction of this project was not done previously due to <br />the cost of the dining room addition being too great to allow for <br />the bedroom addition. Construction of this project is expected <br />to begin in the second quarter of 1998. <br /> <br />Please call me with any questions.
