<br />Engineering Department Review of Development Agreement <br />for Rosetown Ridge <br /> <br />The following items need to be addressed: <br /> <br />1. The development agreement has both of the cul-de-sacs located on no foot of right-of-way. <br />The plans show one at 100 feet and the other at 130 feet. (Check item C ) <br /> <br />2. Outlot A must show a 7.5 foot utility easement over the west edge ofthe lot and a ponding <br />easement over all of the lot. The easement area must be graded to permit vechels to drive over <br />it to maintain the watermain. The final grading must be approved by the engineering department. <br /> <br />3. Has Ramsey County approved the street plans? <br /> <br />4. Erosion control must be installed before grading work can start. <br /> <br />5. What size and location is the easement for the Booth property? <br /> <br />6. The development agreement needs to state who maintains the landscaping within the center of <br />the two cul-de-sacs. <br /> <br />7. The development agreement needs to state who maintains the two ponds. <br /> <br />8. Has a construction bond been given to the city in the amount of 1 1/2 times the estimated <br />cost? <br />
