Iowa Avenue <br />St. Paul, MN 55117 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Kettler: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its September 25, 1995 meeting, approved your request for an amendment of the <br />Comprehensive Plan Map from Institutional and Low Density Residential to Medium Density/PUD for the project <br />area subject to Metropolitan Council review and approval, approval of a rezoning from Rl and B 1 zones to <br />Residential Planned Unit Development on the City Zoning Map (the zoning shall become effective only after approval <br />of the final PUD agreement and local publication of said zoning ordinance map change) and approval of the <br />Preliminary Plat with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) Resolution to the run-off into a regional stonn water pond east of Dale Street. <br />2) Additional landscaping be placed along Rosetown Court. <br />3) Drainage corrections be made for the 2 homes east of Rose town Court. <br />4) The developer must determine the feasibility of enlarging the project area to include all homes east of the <br />Rosetown Court and south of County Road C. <br />5) Rosetown Court townhomes should be shifted to_allow the duplexes to be placed on the west side of <br />Rosetown Court and fourplexes on the east side of Rose town Court. / <br />6) The developer must satisfy all engineering conditions listed in the staff report. <br /> <br />The hearing for final plat approval, subdivision agreement, and PUD approval has been scheduled for Monday, <br />October 23, 1995.
