Left ttJn1S onto County Road C during <br />the peak hour is expected to be difficult at times, but not a significant problem. <br /> <br />The project will result in the removal of all but two of the single family homes along the south side <br />of County Road C between the access road and D~ Street. The reduced number of vehicles backing <br />out of driveways and tutIrlng onto County Road C will help to offset some of the increased number <br />of turning movements at the access point to the 18 town homes and the American Legion. <br /> <br />Ramsey County has noptans for modifying the capacity on County Road C in this area at this time. <br /> <br />American Legion Par1dng <br /> <br />On rare occasions, the American Legion parking area overflows into the area to be developed into <br />town homes. Tbe City may wish to contact the Rosetown Memorial American Legion, Post 542 <br />leadership to detennine the potential for these types of activities in the future, and to inquire as to <br />whether or not they have an alternate parking plan. <br /> <br />I hope this provides the infonnation you need on the proposed town home development.
