These covenants shall reference the separation betwe~n <br />Rosetown Ridge and the park property. I <br /> <br />Until the regional storm pond east of Dale Street is resolved, a temporary P~d <br />shall be installed on the Rosetown Ridge property. I <br /> <br />The streets shall be privately constructed, with no assessments. I <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Additional right-of-way of 10 feet is required for both County Road C and Da e <br />Street. <br /> <br />12. Sidewalk or cash contribution is required along Dale Street. <br />
