<br />I, and the surveyor, sincerely apologize for this error. We will avoid this error in <br />the future by staking the building closer to the ITont setback to assure the minimum <br />5 foot rear setback. And the surveyor will set an iron on the plat boundary line <br />common with the park property opposite each rear offset hub so that the City field <br />inspector can physically measure how close all future buildings will be to the park <br />property when completed. <br /> <br />I am stating my hardship as being that an error was made by a surveyor I hired <br />professionally to do an accurate job, and that an omission was made during the <br />approval process to detect this error. I also feel that it is a tremendous waste of <br />human and natural resources to tear down two decks and two porches that are <br />now complete to the point of occupancy and re-construct them 1 1/2 feet shorter. <br />I hope that a more feasible win/win solution can be attained. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~~-~ <br /> <br />Richard J.
