<br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at RoseviJIe
<br />City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, August 9,1995, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose
<br />of considering thl! following request:
<br />Gary & Elizabeth Bozyczka request for a division of a platted lot at 2250 Acorn Road.
<br />The Roseville City Council will meet on Monday, August 28, 1995 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m.,
<br />to consider this request.
<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
<br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 29 North,
<br />Range 23 West, according to Government Land Survey, described as follows (all bearings in this
<br />description being based on the South line of said Southeast Quarter as an East and West line):
<br />Commencing at a point 33 feet North of the South line and 499.63 feet West of the East line of
<br />said Section 8; thence North 8 minutes West 821 feet; thence North 22 degrees 46 minutes East
<br />284.41 feet; thence North 66 degrees 49 minutes West 176,0 feet to point of beginning of the
<br />tract being described; thence continuing North 66 degrees 49 minutes West 234.0 feet; thence
<br />South 1 degree 22 minutes 30 seconds West 192.93 feet; thence South 13 degrees 45 minutes
