I have reviewed the Comprehensive Plan, Official Map, and Zoning Ordinance as it <br />pertaining to the above addressed property and have the foHowing COJJJJJ.1ents: <br /> <br />· Rosedale Towers was constructed in 1973, and at that time did receive aU necessary <br />pennits, inspections, and approvals uom the Village ofRoseville. <br /> <br />· All improvements at the time (1973) of construction complied with all local ordinances, <br />regul<).tions and building codes, including a1110cal codes, ordinances and regulation.s <br />regarding (i) the area, width or depth of the land on which the Improvements are located, <br />as legally described in Exhibit A (the "Real Estate"); (ii) the floor space area of the <br />Improvements; (iii) the setback of the Improvements from the property lines of the Real <br />Estate; (iv) the height of the Improvements; and (v) those portions of the Improvements <br />and Real Estate utilized for vehicular parking.
