<br />PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />15-22-11B SS-15-19 <br /> <br />As recorded on Document Number 1417806 dated October 31, 1956 in Book 1540 Page 109 in the <br />City of Roseville, a municipal corporation, hereby partially releases the perpetual underground sewer <br />mains, pipes, and appurtenances to Bradley Real Estate Trust said easement lying over the following <br />described parcel of property lying and being in Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota: <br /> <br />Except State Trunk Highway 51-125, the Southerly thirty (S'ly 30') feet and the Easterly thirty (E'ly 30') of <br />the Southerly 880.75 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4 ofNW1/4) of <br />Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, according to the Government Survey thereof.
