<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of September, 1995, at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wi ski, and Y. Johnson, <br />and the following members were absent: None. <br /> <br />moved that the following resolution be adopted. <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 0000 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE VACATING OF <br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS 15-22-11B <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the petition dated _, 1995, of a majority of the owners ofreal property <br />abutting upon the easements hereinafter mentioned, requesting the City of Roseville to vacate the <br />easements according to law, was duly filed with the City ofRoseville, and said Council met on September <br />25, 1995, at 7:30 P.M. in the place specified in a notice duty published and posted as required by law and <br />herd alJ interested persons; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the interest of the public that said easements be vacated: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That the following easements in the City of Roseville, as the same are now dedicated and laid out, <br />. be and the same hereby are vacated and discontinued as public easements: <br /> <br />1. That part of Document Number 1531551 dated March 6, 1961 described as follows: That <br />part of the Southerly 30.0 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Northerly 30.0 <br />feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, <br />Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota lying between two lines drawn Northerly and <br />Southerly paralJel with the East line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section <br />15 at points on the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 15 <br />distant 196.35 feet and 425.99 feet Westerly of the Southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Said Section 15. <br />
