The width of the lot extending back to the new rear lot is only 25 feet and it has been city policy that <br />"Flag Lots" need to have no less then 30 feet. <br /> <br />2. If this division is approved there are assessments that would have to be paid. They are as follows: <br />Sanitary Sewer 1 = $906.95 <br />Watermain 62-1 = $712.07 <br />Storm Sewer 67-24 = $381.25 <br />Street 92-02-63 = $1,820.63 <br />TOTAL = $3.820.90 <br /> <br />3. This lot would have a water service over 260 feet long and would have to use 1 1/2" or 2" copper <br />water service. <br /> <br />4. The sanitary sewer service can be connected to the existing line located in the northwest comer of <br />the lot. <br /> <br />5. The existing concrete curb and gutter will have to be cut for any new driveway. This must be done as <br />per city standards. <br />
