<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 26th day of November, 2001, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Council member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9960 <br /> <br />FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, 2000 CONTRACT B, <br />CITY PROJECTS P-00-02, P-00-03, P-00-04 and M-00-13 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 24, 2000, T. A. Schifsky <br />and Sons of North St. Paul, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated <br />with 2000 Contract B. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the warranty period specified in the contract shall <br />commence on November 26,2001. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mastel and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, <br />Klausing and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
