No structure is <br />proposed in Roseville at this time. This bill should be canceled. <br /> <br />If, in the future, Mr. Clausen or his assigns attempt to establish the coffee drive through at <br />Target, staff will attach this bill to his building pennit for collection at that time. <br /> <br />cc: Mike Falk <br />Clausen file <br />Pennits file under "Target" <br />
