The engineering staff has reviewed this <br />proposal and has the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. Sidewalk is needed. <br /> <br />2. The traffic in to and out of the shop needs to be reviewed. It could create a traffic backup off <br />of County Road B. <br /> <br />3. There are no plans to bring sewer and water to the building. The employees that work in this <br />building will need something or some place to go for a rest stop. <br />
