The engineering staff has reviewed <br />this proposal and has the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. Catch basins need to be placed on both sides of the driveway entrance to pickup the drainage <br />before it runs onto the city street . <br /> <br />2, The existing fire hydrant at the northwest corner of the lot will have to be relocated to the <br />south 45 feet more or less or a paved area from the parking lot to the hydrant built for fire <br />truck operations. <br /> <br />3. A sidewalk along the Snelling Frontage Road is required. <br /> <br />4. The utility plans need to be overlaid on top of the landscape plans to insure that no trees are <br />planted on top any of the utilities. <br />
