Prior Ave. <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />October 2, 1995 <br /> <br />To: Minor Variance Committee <br />City of Roseville <br /> <br />I am requesting your approval of this plan to widen a portion of <br />my driveway to create a parking bay. <br /> <br />I am making this request for the following reasons: <br /> - The existing dri ve\'Jay and garage are a single car width. <br /> - The driveway has a notice~51e' up~ill slope. <br /> <br />- I would like to be able to provide off-street parking <br />for occasional guests. <br /> <br />I am a senior citizen, and elderly guests have difficulty walking <br />the inclined driveway from the street. <br /> <br />The neighbors adjacent to my driveway U'1r. & t~rs. John Sherry, 1975 Prior) <br />approve of this plan. <br />Their home is located on a corner lot.
