That the structure must meet life safety exiting criteria of the City Codes. <br />7. That the non-lighted sign be no more than 3 square feet. <br />8. That non-compliance by the applicant with any of the conditions, can be grounds for <br />immediate revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />9. Licensure by the State must be present at all times. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember P.
