<br />5. That there shall be no other employees providing service and that the business shall <br />not occupy more than one room of the house. <br />6. That non-compliance by the applicant with any of the conditions, can be grounds for <br />immediate revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />9. Licensure by the State must be present at all times. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember P.
