Applicants requesting a rezoning, special use permit, RID, variance, division <br />of lot, or platting of property are encouraged to conduct a neighbortlood <br />meeting at least fifteen (15) days before the sd1eduled Planning commission <br />Public Hearing, am shall serd notices to all of the affected property owners. <br />Affected owners are whose listed on the required Abstractor's Certificate. The <br />meeting shall be a time for the applicant to review am explain the proposed <br />development to the owners. <br /> <br />This policy applies only when residential property, R-l through R-8, is listed <br />on the Abstractor's Certificate. '!his policy does not apply to property <br />proposed for developnent which is zoned R-l am will be or continue to be used <br />for single family housing. <br /> <br />Please i.rrlicate the date that you have met or will be meeting with the affected <br />property owners: <br /> <br />21. Except as noted. the followim information must be submitted for all <br />applications. <br /> <br />A. Application am Fee <br /> <br />B. Abstractor's Certificate listing the NAMES AND ADDRESSES ON IABEIS of the <br />owners of the land within 350 feet of the boundaries of the property in <br />question special use permit, rezoning, RID and corrprehensi ve plan <br />amerrlment applications is required. 250 feet for variance, lot divisions, <br />preliminary/final plat, house relocation, and vacation of right-of-way <br />applications is required. <br /> <br />C. Proposed plans (2 ex>pies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading and <br />drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building <br />materials is required (1 copy for shoreline permit) . <br /> <br />D. Reductions of a readable scale of the proposed plan (26 copies). (1 copy <br />only for shoreline pe:rmits). <br /> <br />E. Narrative - (See attached content requirements). <br /> <br />F. Ik>clIments as required by the City Planner. <br />
