County Road B-2. <br /> <br />1. Backeround <br /> <br />Sandra Schliefis proposing to operate a one chair beauty salon in her home at 599 W. <br />County Road B-2. Per the City Code, this requires approval of a conditional use permit. <br />In order to contact her neighbors to discuss her proposed salon, Ms. Schlief has requested <br />that the public hearing be continued to the February 14, 1996 meeting Planning <br />Commission meeting and the February 26, 1996 City Council meeting. She will be retiring <br />in May and will not begin the salon until that time. Therefore, the delay will not impact <br />her schedule. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. City staff recommends that the City Council continue consideration of this application <br />until February 26, 1996. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to continue consideration of Sandra Schlief s request for a conditional use permit <br />for a beauty salon in her home at 599 W.
