We understand that HKGi will serve in a pure consulting role and will be expected to produce no physical products unless specifically requested by City Staff. We understand our role to include: 1) the review of background information to become intimately familiar with the Roseville side of the Rice Street Corridor, 2) guidance to City Staff regarding the planning process, 3) assistance with coordination between the Cities of Roseville and Little Canada, 4) the provision of big-picture visioning and/or conceptualizing of land use, linkages, etc., and 5) periodic attendance at meetings with City Staff to provide ongoing counsel. We agree to a not to exceed fee of $5,000 which amount will be billed in accordance with out current hourly rate schedule (attached). The two professionals that will be primarily responsible for the project will be Michael Schroeder and me. My hourly rate is $95 per hour and Michael's is $75 per hour. We understand that should the scope of services be expanded, additional fee will be made available for consulting services.
