The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal <br />and has the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. Unit number 5 as shown has part of the garages over the existing sanitary sewer easement. No <br />buildings can be built within any existing easements. <br /> <br />2. The following plans are needed before any approvals can be made: Utility Plans, Drainage Plans, <br />Grading Plans, Landscaping Plans, and Street Lighting Plans. <br /> <br />3. Soil test need to be taken before any building permits can be approved. <br /> <br />4. Proposed locations of the new buildings do not meet set back requirements rrom Albermarle Court. <br /> <br />5. Will Albermarle Court be vacated? <br /> <br />6. PondinglStorm Sewer calculations are needed. <br />
