EXTRACTOFMrnNUTESOFMEETINGOFTHE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Wednesday, the 22nd day of July, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A TRUCK AND TRAILER RENTAL BUSINESS AT 1450 W. COUNTY ROAD C WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.357, the City of Roseville has adopted zoning regulations to control land uses throughout the City; and WHEREAS, said regulations provide that vehicle rental activities may be allowed within the confines of an 1-1 Light Industrial District as a conditional use; and WHEREAS, approval of a conditional use permit for a Truck and Trailer Rental business (defined as commercial rental vehicle parking with vehicles weighing under 26,000 lbs. Gross vehicle weight and 26 feet or less in box size) has been requested by Scott Wicklund at 1450 W. County Road C; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission considered such conditional use permit at a public hearing held on July 10, 1996, and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council approved the conditional use permit subject to certain conditions on July 22, 1996; now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the City Council approved a conditional use permit for a Truck and Trailer Rental business within a 1-1 zoning district be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Truck and trailer rental and landscape business shall be conducted only between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. 1
