The property is <br />zoned I -I Light Industrial. Based on the compliance with all design standards, staff <br />recommends approval of a resolution approving a conditional use permit for MIDC located at <br />1450 County Road C, subject to the conditions attached to the draft conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Suggested Action: <br /> <br />By motion, adopt a resolution recommending approval of a conditional use permit with <br />conditions (and add/deleted conditions) as per Planning Commission discussion. <br />
