<br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />15. All exterior security and parking lighting shall meet the City Design Standards for <br />placement, intensity of light, and downcast lighting. <br />16. The applicant shall comply with the City Design Standards within the front (north) <br />parking areas for customer and V-Haul parking by paving, landscaping, and curbing <br />as required by June 15, 1996. <br />17. Prior to review and approval of the conditional use permit and extended exterior <br />storage area, the applicant shall post the necessary landscape bond (as required by the <br />design standards), and shall provide evidence of an easement or other permission to <br />plant evergreen hedge materials north of the north property line as shown on the <br />landscape plan. <br />18. The site plan and buffer plan dated 3/13/96 and application materials shall be <br />considered part of this permit. <br />19. Violations of the terms of that permit shall be considered a violation of the City of <br />Roseville City Code Zoning Chapters. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Dennis Welsch <br />Community Development Director <br />
