<br />UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a
<br />
<br />("Grantor"), with a principal office in Cook County, Illinois, for
<br />
<br />and in' consideration of the improvement of County Road B and the
<br />
<br />benefits to accrue to it therefrom, hereby conveys to the County of
<br />
<br />Ramsey ("Grantee") for highway purposes, free and clear of all encum-
<br />
<br />brances, the following described real estate in the County of Bamsey
<br />

<br />By acceptance of this Highway Easement, Grantee agrees to

<br />provide Grantor reasonable access driveways, at no cost to Grantor,
<br />
<br />to accommodate its use of the adjacent premises as may be determined
<br />
<br />practical, necessary, and safe for public travel purposes by the
<br />
<br />Ramsey County Engineer.
