<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 11th day of December, 2001, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Council member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9962 <br /> <br />FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, <br />CLEVELAND AVENUE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br />CITY PROJECT M-OO-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on November 13,2000, F.M. <br />Frattalone Excavating of St. Paul, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements <br />associated with Cleveland Avenue Storm Sewer Improvement Project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period specified in the contract shall <br />commence on December 11, 2001. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Klausing and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, <br />Maschka and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
