Previously, the Roseville Planning Commission continued the hearing on your <br />proposed project to the May 8, 1996 Planning Commission meeting. With these actions, the City <br />now considers your separate application for rezoning, conditional use permit, and preliminary and <br />final plat and the application for the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan as one application. The <br />new supporting materials submitted by Everest Development were considered complete as of April <br />18, 1996.
