<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY <br />AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND <br />16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM B-1 LIMITED BUSINESS, <br />B-2 RETAIL BUSINESS, AND B-3 GENERAL BUSINESS TO B-2 RETAIL BUSINESS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of <br />the City of Roseville, the property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the fonn of <br />a written request to rezone from B-1 Limited Business, B-2 Retail Business, and B-3 General <br />Business to B-2 Retail Business, certain real property hereinafter described lying and being in the <br />City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public hearing on said matter <br />on the 8th day of May, 1996, and made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 28th <br />day of May, 1996 at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by reclassifying the following <br />described property from, B-1 Limited Business, B-2 Retail Business, and B-3 General Business to <br />B-2 Retail Business: <br /> <br />Parcel A: The West 186 feet of the North 131.99 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest <br />1/4 ofthe Southwest 1/4 of Section 14, Township 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />Parcel B: The North 50 feet of the East 150 feet of the South 131.99 feet of the North 263.98 <br />feet ofthe West 360.18 feet of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest 1/4 <br />of Section 14, Township 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />Parcel C: The East 174.18 feet of the West 360.18 feet of the North 131. 99 feet of the <br />Southwest 1/4 of Section 14, Township 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />Parcel D: The South 131.99 feet of the North 263.98 feet of the West 360.18 feet of the West <br />
