<br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />Item 13(A): <br /> <br />Two (2) of four (4) existing parcels are currently zoned B-2; a third parcel is zoned B-1; <br />the fourth parcel is currently zoned B-3. <br /> <br />That portion of Parcel C (as described on Exhibit A) which will be a part of Lot 1, Block <br />1, Kath Companies Addition, is proposed to be rezoned from B-1 to B-2. <br /> <br />Those portions of Parcels Band D (as described in Exhibit A) which will be a part of Lot <br />2, Block 1, Kath Companies Addition, are proposed to be rezoned from B-2 to B-1. <br />
