As you know, this property is currently developed with two old buildings <br />housing Ace's 66 gas station (1912 Lexington Avenue) and a small real estate firm <br />(1080 Roselawn Avenue). <br /> <br />We understand that the application fees remitted with the previous Planning <br />Application submitted February 14, 1996, will be applied to cover the enclosed <br />Planning Application. Along with the Planning Application, we are submitting four (4) <br />full-sized blue-line drawings and one (1) 8 1/2" x 11" reduction copy of each of the <br />following plan sheets: <br /> <br />1.
