City <br />records indicate that a high pressure gas main exists in the south boulevard of Rosel awn <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />13. Since a pond is being proposed as part of this project, the developer should consider <br />making this a wet pond that could be used as a treatment pond as well as a rate control <br />pond.
