(PF2815) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Wynia: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you and verify that your request for division of the <br />platted lot at 2097 Rice Street, as shown on the survey, dated March 8, 1996, submitted with <br />your application, was approved by the City Council on April 22, 1996. This was considered a <br />division of platted land as provided for in section l104.04(E) of the City Code. This portion of <br />the City Code requires review and. approval of the minor subdivisions by the City Council, and <br />review and approval of the Certificate of Survey by the City Manager and the Community <br />Development Director prior to recording. <br /> <br />This letter is the certificate of survey approval letter of the City Manager and the <br />Community Development Director to proceed with the recording of the survey. The <br />survey and the subdivision of land meet the City Code Land Use and Subdivision requirements <br />as of the date of Council approval. The legal description of each subdivided Tract is as follows: <br /> <br />Tract B: <br /> <br />The west 200.62 feet of the south 95.00 feet of Lot 1,Thornton's <br />Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 29, Range <br />23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Subject to Burke Avenue and recorded <br />easements. <br />The south 95.00 feet of Lot 1, Thornton's Subdivision of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 13, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County. <br />Minnesota, lying east of the west 200.62 feet thereof.
