The removal <br />of any wells shall meet State of Minnesota standards. All driveway removals along <br />County Road C shall also meet Ramsey County standards. <br /> <br />T. Pennits are needed from the City ofRoseville, Ramsey County, Health Department, <br />MWCC, Grass Lake WMO and a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System <br />pennit. <br /> <br />U. Setbacks from~ high water lines within wetlands shall be 75 feet. Setbacks from all <br />storm water ponds shall be 10 feet from the high water line. <br /> <br />v. The developer shall be responsible for consultant fee expenses involved in the <br />development review process. <br /> <br />w. The developer shall provide a public access easement from Overlook Drive to BoothlBritz <br />property. <br /> <br />X. The preexisting sign for the Rosetown American Legion Club shall be allowed to remain <br />on Outlot C of the Rosetown Ridge plat until such time as the American Legion Club <br />ceases uses of the property. Succeeding uses shall not have the right to continue using <br />this sign location. <br /> <br />Y.
