By means of this Joint Powers Agreement adopted pursuant <br />to M.S.A. 471.59, 361.26, 378~32 and 459.20, and in compliance <br />with 6 HCAR 1.0222, Shoreview and Roseville will establish guide- <br />lines applicable to the adoption of ordinances by each City <br />restricting the speed of watercraft on lake Owasso. <br /> <br />Ill. TERMS AND CONDIDTlONS. <br /> <br />In consideration of the mutual undertakings <br />herein expressed, Shoreview and Roseville <br /> <br />agree as follows: <br /> <br />Each City Ihall adopt an ordinance which incorporates the <br />following guidelines: <br /> <br />1. Watercraft Ipeed on Lake Owasso shall not exceed forty <br />miles per hour (40 mph). <br /> <br />2. Watercraft .peed limitl .hall apply 24 hours per day <br />for each day of the year. <br /> <br />3. The ordinance .hall be effective upon adoption by the <br />City Council and publication in the CitY'1 official <br />"ewlpaper. <br /> <br />4. The ordinance Iha11 remain effective until repealed. <br /> <br />I.
