This invoice includes the energy and replacement costs for the next 20 <br />years. The City ofRoseville is contributing the cost for two standard street lights that would <br />normally be served by overhead wires. Your area can only be served by underground wires. <br />Due to this, NSP charges the City ofRoseville more than the standard rate.
