Owasso Boulevard. <br /> <br />Manager Reviewed: <br /> <br />~d- <br /> <br />~/~r <br /> <br />Item Description: <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />The Tschida family has owned property in the southeast quadrant of S. Owasso Boulevard and <br />Western Avenue for many years. They have proposed a residential subdivision consisting of 8 <br />single family lots on 2.54 acres, creating an overall density of3.15 units per acre. On May 28, <br />1996, the City Council approved the request for a preliminary plat at 350 S. Owasso Boulevard <br />with an 80 foot width and a 5 foot variance for each of the 6 lots on the Stanbridge Circle cul-de- <br />sacs, a $500 park/recreation cash dedication for each and an 8% grade for Stanbridge Circle. At <br />their meeting of June 10, 1996, the City Council approved the final plat of Tschida's Owasso <br />Hills Fourth Addition and directed staff to complete preparation of the subdivision development <br />agreement. <br /> <br />City Engineering and Planning staff have met with the applicant and project engineer to prepare <br />a subdivision development agreement for this project. That document is included for Council <br />revIew. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />City staff has prepared a subdivision development agreement between the City of Roseville and <br />the developer of Tschida's Owasso Hills Fourth Addition, detailing the project responsibilities. <br />That agreement has been forwarded to the City's legal counsel for review. It is recommended <br />that the Council authorize the Mayor and City Manager to sign a subdivision development <br />agreement between the City of Roseville and the developer, subject to the review of the contract <br />by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Suggested Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to authorize the Mayor and City Manager to sign a subdivision development agreement <br />between the City of Roseville and the developer of Tschida's Owasso Hills Fourth Addition, <br />subject to review by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Staff Report by: Michael Falk <br />Attachment: Draft Development Agreement <br /> <br />1 <br />
