<br />12 <br /> <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />May 8, 1996 <br /> <br />Robert Moren, 355 Millwood, asked for clarification regarding utility easements along <br />the south boundary, and which utilities would be brought into the site along the boundary. <br />Mr. Moren asked for clarification regarding the timetable for development. (Project to <br />begin in late July of 1996.) <br /> <br />There were no other questions or comments from the public. Chairman Wietecki closed <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Member Harms announced that she will abstain from further discussion and voting <br />because she has done business with potential developers of the site. <br /> <br />MOTION: Member Thein moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to recommend <br />preliminary plat and final plat approval with an 80 foot setback for the 6 lots on the cul- <br />de-sac, a $500 park/recreation cash dedication for each lot, with either a 6% or an 8% <br />grade over the 80 feet of Farrington Court, as determined by the City Engineer, necessary <br />to allow the grades to match consisting topography. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nayes: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />Thein, Rhody, Wilke, Cunningham, Wietecki <br />None <br />Harms <br />
