<br />1. That the developer provide the City with right-of-way and easements
<br />necessary for future roadway, utility, entry signs, street trees consistent
<br />with the Twin Lakes design standards and the City Street Tree Master
<br />Plan policy, pedestrian pathways, and other pedestrian amenities.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the motion to approve Ryan Construction
<br />Company of Minnesota, Inc.' s request for a front yard setback variance at
<br />2778 N. Cleveland Avenue, for the construction of an office/warehouse facility
<br />be withdrawn. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Ryan Construction Company of
<br />Minnesota, Inc.'s request for a front yard setback variance at 2778 N. Cleveland
<br />A venue, for the construction of an office/warehouse facility, be continued for up
<br />to 120 days from April 8, 1996. The applicant was present and agreed to the
<br />continuance of up to 120 days from April 8, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9304, approving Ramsey
<br />CountY Department of Public Health, Division of Solid Waste request for an
<br />extension of an Interim Use Permit for a five year period, to operate a seasonal
<br />collection site for household hazardous waste at their site on Kent Street, north
<br />of Larpenteur Avenue and East of Dale Street, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that an ordinance amending Chapter 1004
<br />and 1010 of the City Code requiring a Conditional Use Permit for establishing
<br />or expanding churches, schools, public buildings (including City and County
<br />buildings) and facilities within R-l or R-2 zones, and a draft amendment to the
<br />Design Standards, City Code Section 1010, to include City Design Standards that
<br />deal with design, massing height, parking areas, buffers, landscaping, and
<br />drainage for churches, schools, and public buildings and public gathering
<br />facilities be withdrawn from the agenda at this time and referred to an upcoming
<br />City Council work session. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.
