The City will require that <br />the easement be signed by the present owners, including any owner <br />of an encumbrance. <br /> <br />To determine the present owners we will accept an ownership and <br />encumbrance report from any recognized title company. The signed <br />easement must then be sent to this office, together with the <br />owner's duplicate certificate so we may file the easement with the <br />County Recorder. <br /> <br />The legal description for the above easement can be obtained from <br />Doug Strong at the Roseville City offices. <br /> <br />· Also Admiacd in Wisconsin <br />tCivil Trial Specialist.
