The engineering staffhas reviewed <br />this proposal and has the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. There is no water service to the property line of this lot. The watermain is located across the <br />street on the east side ofFairview Avenue. A permit ftom Ramsey County is required for this <br />work. <br /> <br />2. There is $977.61 of assessments out standing for storm sewer ST-85-14 that will have to be <br />paid if approved. <br /> <br />3. The driveway for this lot must have a turn around built to return to the street.
