Lexington Avenue to 2961 N. <br />Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />A house inspection was done at 2100 N. Lexington Avenue on May 22, 1996. <br />This inspection was requested to determine building code compliance and the <br />feasibility of relocating this house to a new Roseville location. The following <br />items shall apply: <br /> <br />1. The home is a two story structure with a full basement. The exterior is <br />stucco and there is no garage. The house contains approximately 1356 <br />square feet of living space. <br /> <br />2. It appears to be well constructed but will need alterations in some areas to <br />meet the present State of Minnesota Building Code requirements. <br /> <br />The owner of the house has been informed that the house has to meet all of these <br />requirements before a Certificate of Occupancy is issued. <br /> <br />This home will be treated as a new home with all site plans, etc. to be presented <br />before a building permit is issued. <br />
