EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the_th day of , 1996 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR DENNIS BATTY /ROSEVILLE COVENANT CHURCH REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT APPROVAL, VACATION OF UTILITY AND WALKWAY EASEMENTS, AND A 16-1/2 FOOT HEIGHT VARIANCE FROM THE R-l ZONING DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS OF 30 FEET FOR A PROPOSED BUILDING AT 2865 HAMLINE AVENUE NORTH WHEREAS, Dennis Batty/Roseville Covenant Church has made a request for preliminary and final plat approval, vacation of utility and walkway easements, and a 16-1/2 foot variance from the R-l zoning district requirements of 30 feet for their proposed building at 2865 Hamline Avenue North; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on these requests on June 12, 1996; and WHEREAS, the City Council opened the public hearing on these requests on June 25, 1996; and WHEREAS, the City Council found the application to be incomplete in order to make a decision; and WHEREAS, the applicants have requested that the public hearing be continued until July 8,. L 19% and have agreed to the agency review time limit extensi01~ ~7i r, 1"1(, 10 9// ttl /r {p NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Dennis Batty/Roseville Covenant Church request for preliminary and final plat approval, vacation of utility and walkway easements, and a 16- ~ foot height variance from the R-l zoning district requirements of 30 feet for their proposed building at 2865 Hamline Avenue North, be extended for 60 days.
