<br />C-2 Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that an ordinance DAVID
<br />rezoning Parcel A at 3104 Fairview Avenue North from lBABBRG
<br />R-1 to R-2, be adopted. Roll call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Maschka, and Rog. Nays: CUshman and Thomas. Motion
<br />failed.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that a division of
<br />the lot at 3104 Fairview Avenue North be approved as
<br />shown on the Certificate of Survey dated October 1,
<br />1991, including the right-of-way dedication. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: CUsh-
<br />man and Thomas.

<br />Permit be approved to maintain the house on the site
<br />at 3104 Fairview Avenue North for no longer than a
<br />five year period from the date of approval. Roll

<br />Permit be approved, for no longer than one year from
<br />the date of approval, for the billboard located at
