<br />Study Area Buffer Design Recommendations: <br /> <br />Five buffer designs are recommended for use in the County Road "C" to Rose Place Study area. <br />Where possible natural materials, especially trees, shrubs, and evergreens, have been specified to <br />fill the gaps in the existing common buffer. The buffers vary depending upon topography and <br />soils, existing tree screening, industrial visibility and noise, the amount of space and sunlight <br />available, and the type of adjacent land uses. The site conditions and vegetation of existing areas <br />A through E are described below. The areas where these conditions exist is shown on the <br />Prototypes Map #2. The corresponding buffer design graphic solution and list of recommended <br />materials follows. <br /> <br />7 <br />
