N"~ the wetland delineation information provided for this proposed project was not <br />'J'~ W adequate for their consideration and tabled their review pending receipt of the <br /><;~ following items: <br /> <br />Revised site plan and wetland delineation report, clearly locating delineated wetlands as <br />staked in the field. <br />WCA sequencing narrative and replacement plan if wetland impacts are proposed, <br />Quan.tification of wetland impacts, <br />Erosion control plan, <br />Runoff calculations. <br />Revised preliminary plat granting easements over o,n-site ponds, wetlands, and all other <br />hydrologic features. <br />Pond outlet control structure (skimmer). <br />Specification of detention pond emergency overflow point. <br />Cash surety in the amount of $30,000. <br /> <br />Consent <br />Arthur Mueller request for plat approval at 2224 Acorn Road. <br />(REQUEST TO CONTINUE TO NOV. 25, 1996) <br /> <br /> <br />This additional information was provided and considered at the October 23, 1996 <br />Rice Creek Watershed District meeting. <br /> <br />. Without the Rice Creek Watershed District review, it was not possible for the City <br />to complete its review of the proposed plat in time to submit a recommendation <br />to the Planning Commission in October. <br /> <br />1 <br />
